Refund & Cancellation Policy
At IVOLVE Med Spa, we strive to provide exceptional treatments and personalized care. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services and the costs associated with treatment preparation, the following policies apply to all purchases.
All Sales Final
All services, packages, memberships, prepaid treatments, retail, and gift cards or certificates are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
Packages & Treatment Programs
Prepaid packages and treatment programs are non-refundable and must be used within the designated timeframe.
If a client chooses to discontinue a package or is unable to complete treatments due to personal circumstances (including relocation, scheduling conflicts, or change of preference), unused treatments may be converted to spa credit at the discretion of IVOLVE Med Spa.
Spa credits may be applied toward other eligible services or products.
Treatments
Results from aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person. Because outcomes cannot be guaranteed, refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with results.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. Monthly membership credits may only be used while the membership is active.
Unused credits expire according to the membership agreement.
Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or loss of 50 percent of the treatment cost, whichever is greater.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be exchanged for spa credit within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
Opened products are not eligible for return.
Medical Considerations
If a client becomes medically ineligible for a treatment, IVOLVE Med Spa may offer spa credit for unused services at its discretion, but no refunds will be issued.
Chargebacks
Clients agree not to dispute or charge back any valid charges for services or packages purchased. Any chargebacks will be subject to investigation and may result in collections or legal action.
