The IVolve Med Spa Weight Management Plan is designed to provide clients with access to weight loss support, including GLP-1 medications, with full licensed medical support. We have partnered with Asher Medical to provide this service to our clients to support them in their weight loss goals. The plans are entirely virtual, making it a convenient option for anyone to participate. There are two types of medication, and two types of payment plans to choose from. The available medications are Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, both of which are GLP-1 agonists that have been clinically proven to assist individuals to lose weight. The current payment plans are a month-to-month plan and a 3-month membership. Both plans remain active unless we receive a written request for cancellation, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. To start, review the medication options available and select a time and day for your Virtual Welcome Call. Month-to-Month plans require a $199 one-time plan setup fee. During the Virtual Welcome Call, you'll meet with our Welcome Coordinator at IVolve who will go over the details of the program, provide you with your medical intake form and Terms & Conditions waiver to sign (if not already received) and provide answers to any questions you may have. The medical intake form must be fully completed and submitted online. The form is sent to Asher Medical's contracted physician for review. It's important to note that the form must be fully and honestly completed. There are risks associated with all medications, and deliberately omitting information or providing erroneous information could lead to health complications and worsening side effects. Once your medical intake has been approved for GLP-1 medication, the prescription is forwarded to a licensed compounding pharmacy for fulfillment. You should receive your medication within 3-7 business days. After your intake, you will receive links to our Kickstart Program, Exercise guide, and a Meal Guide with recipes. You'll continue to receive monthly emails with diet and exercise information so that you can make the most of your plan and stay motivated. BONUS: Weight Management Plan participants are eligible for huge discounts on Body Scultpting services. Keeping your skin tight as you lose weight will help you look better, feel better, and stay motivated! You can opt in for the Body Sculpting package as long as you are an active plan member. If for some reason you are not deemed eligible for GLP-1 Medication, IVolve Med Spa will be notified and your plan fee will be refunded immediately.
