What is PDO Threading?

PDO threading (also called a PDO thread lift or threading treatment) is a nonsurgical cosmetic procedure that lifts, tightens, and rejuvenates the skin using PDO (polydioxanone) threads — the same kind of dissolvable sutures used in medical stitches.

 

PDO threading uses ultra-thin, absorbable threads inserted beneath the skin to lift sagging tissue and stimulate collagen production.  Over the following months, the threads naturally dissolve, but they leave behind a stronger collagen network — giving skin a firmer, smoother, and more youthful appearance.
